In short: deleting your account deletes your characters in every realm and all game data, and it cannot be undone. If you can still open the game, deleting it in the game is the fastest way.
1. Delete it in the game (fastest)
Open the game and go to Settings > Account > Delete account, or tap Account in the top right corner of the start screen, then Delete account. The game first lists every character that will be deleted and deletes them as soon as you confirm.
2. Delete it here with a transfer code
If the game no longer opens on your phone but you have a transfer code from the last 24 hours (Settings > Account > Get transfer code), enter your player ID and the transfer code below. The code is only used to confirm that the account is yours; the account is deleted as soon as it is confirmed.
3. No transfer code
Email support@playzerobound.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your player ID and something that shows the account is yours (for example a Google Play order number, your player name and roughly when you created the account and last played). Please do not email your transfer code. Once we have confirmed it is you, we delete the account within 30 days and let you know by email.
4. What is deleted
Your account, your characters in every realm (name, level, tower levels, collection, skins, rank, campaign progress, gold and gems, monthly card and pass benefits), your logins, transfer codes, cloud save and match records. All virtual items and purchased content go with it and are not refunded because the account was deleted; if you want a refund, ask for it under section 5.6 of the Terms of Service before you delete the account.
5. What is kept, and for how long
Purchase records that the law requires us to keep are kept for 7 years, linked only to a pseudonymous account number; records needed for an open dispute or a rule-violation investigation are kept until it is closed; server logs (including IP addresses) are kept for at most 30 days; database backups roll over within 7 days. 6. How long it takes
In the game or with a transfer code: the account and its data are deleted from the server right away, and backups drop them within the next 7 days. By email: within 30 days after we have confirmed it is you.
